Trunk or Treat

Student organizations make holidays like Halloween special for local children. Led by the Institute of Industrial Engineers, some 49 student groups combined efforts to stage the second annual “Trunk or Treat” event Monday. Students dressed in costumes and passed out treats from the trunks of their cars.
