During the WVU Alumni Association’s annual event on Capitol Hill, Interim President C. Peter Magrath presented the State of the University Address and introduced President-elect James P. Clements to a crowd of alumni and friends at the Newseum in Washington, D.C. Clements becomes the University's 23rd president on June 30.
