“Dancing” on to the Sweet 16
For the third time in four years, WVU is headed to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament. The No. 7-seeded Mountaineers knocked off No. 2-seeded Duke 73-67 in the second round. In the women’s tournament, No. 5 seed WVU won a tough first round match-up with New Mexico 61-60.
